Waiver and Release of Liability
I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding my participation in the church bus transportation provided by Christ Community - Clarkston (hereinafter referred to as "the Church").

Assumption of Risk: I understand that riding on the church bus involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, property damage, or even death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this activity.
Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to ride the church bus, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Christ Community - Clarkston, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (hereinafter referred to as "the Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of, or relating to, any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to me or my property while participating in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that may arise from my participation in this activity.
Medical Emergencies: I hereby grant permission to the Church to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary, and I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights by signing it. I am signing this waiver freely and voluntarily, and I intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
